【Abstract】 It is a main task for the party and government to construct a new type of socialized rural area and to attain harmony in the society in the new era. This article holds the idea that in order to accomplish such a tough and significant job, we must fully understand the six basic traits of a harmonious society proposed by general secretary Hu Jingtao.
