高校图书馆与知识管理关系的初步解析
Relationship Analysis between Knowledge Management and Libraries of University
【摘要】 从知识管理的内涵着手,分析了在高校图书馆引入知识管理的必然性,初步探讨了施行知识管理的有效措施。
【Abstract】 Connotation and its basic characters were introduced. Besides, the foundations based on which knowledge management should be adopted by universities libraries were also discussed. Finally, several suggestions on how to implement knowledge management in universities libraries were put forward.
