知识资源高度共享的策略探析
Analyzing the Measures of Utmwst Share of knowledgebased Economy
【摘要】 知识创新是知识经济社会的核心。笔者从知识创新与知识资源共享问题出发,阐述了知识资源的重要性及高度共享的信息环境,提出了知识资源高度共享的模式和知识资源高度共享实现的策略。
【Abstract】 knowledge innovation is the core of knowledgebased economic society.Thepaper explains the importance of knowledge resources and its information environment and presents the mode and measures taken to vealize the utmost share of knowledge resonrces.
