铒氨基酸配合物的离解动力学研究
Dissociation Kinetics of the Erbium Complexes with Aminoacid
【摘要】 测定了稀土铒盐与甘氨酸(Gly),组氨酸(L-His),脯氨酸(L-Pro)形成配合物的紫外光谱并研究了其离解动力学,实验表明:配合物在模拟生理条件下的离解完全符合一级反应动力学规律;pH=4时,稀土脯氨酸配合物离解速度较快,而稀土甘氨酸、组氨酸配合物不发生离解.
【Abstract】 The UV spectra of erbium salt with glycine(Gly), histidine(L-His) and proline(L-Pro) was determined,and its dissociation kinetics was studied.The experiment shows that its dissociation was conformed to the first-order reaction kinetics rule completely under simulation physiology condition.The fastest dissociation velocity of rare earth complexes with proline was at pH=4.But the rare earth complexes with both proline and glycine did not dissociation.
