【摘要】 利用槲皮素的生物活性和席夫碱的特有性质将二者进行缩合反应制备出槲皮素席夫碱,并在含无水碳酸钠的无水乙醇中合成未见报道的槲皮素席夫碱金属配合物.通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、摩尔电导等手段对所其进行了结构表征,初步确定了其结构.并研究了它们的抗菌活性.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of quercetin and Schiff base,a new type of schiff bases and their complexes is designed and synthesized.By condensation reaction,an aniline of quercetin schiff bases are synhesized.And metal-complexes are synthesized using the schiff bases and metal of Cu(II),Zn(II),Mg(II) and Co(II).The compounds have also been characterized by UV,IR and molar electronic analysis.And their ingredients and molecular structure formula have been determined.更多还原
