【摘要】 目的:总结颈椎前路手术并发症,探讨其防治策略。方法:回顾性分析1974年6月～2005年10月行颈椎前路减压植骨固定术的1082例患者发生的并发症,并就与并发症发生有关的原因和处理方法进行探讨。结果:手术相关并发症共出现50例次,占同期治疗病例的4.62%。结论:颈椎前路手术可发生多种并发症,术前准备、术中操作和术后管理是预防并发症发生的关键之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevention and treatment of complications occurring in the anterior cervical spine surgery. Method 1082 cases underwent the anterior cervical spinal surgery from June 1974 to October 2005 were reviewed. The reasons, prevention and management of complications in the anterior cervical spine surgery were discussed. Results 50 complications associated with the surgery was found, with an incidence of 4.62%. Conclusion Various complications may occur in the anterior cervical spine surgery. The preparation before surgery, operation during the surgery and management after the surgery are the key points.更多还原
