【摘要】 目的:通过回顾性分析和问卷调查两种方式对社会因素导致的剖宫产率上升的影响和变化进行分析。方法:对1998年～2004年剖宫产率进行回顾分析;对2005年1￣4月该院剖宫产产妇进行问卷调查。结果:7年来该院剖宫产率逐渐上升,社会因素中考虑胎儿安全的因素占首位;其次,近年来由于迷信生日时辰对孩子一生有影响而选择剖宫产的产妇增多;通过问卷调查,显示出选择在固定时间行剖宫产的人数增多。结论:普及妊娠分娩知识,正确认识剖宫产的利弊,为自然分娩创造有利条件,有望降低社会因素为指征的剖宫产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the social factors which elevate caesarean section rate retrospectively with questionnaire way. Method Caesarean section rate between 1998 and 2004 was analyzed retrospectively and the pregnant women who were in-hospital between February and April in 2005 were asked to answer a designed questionnaire. Results The percentage of caesarians shows obviously increased in the past seven years. The consideration of fetus safety comes to the first in social factors and the people who believe the birthday will determine their children’s life like to choose caesarean section gets the second. Recently, the family will choose a fixed time to do the caesarean is more and more by questionnaire. Conclusion Popularize pregnant and labor knowledge, recognize the advantages and disadvantages of caesarean section correctly and make full preparation for virginal delivery will reduce the caesarean section rate with the indication of social factors.更多还原
