【摘要】 目的:探讨液体衰减翻转恢复(FLAIR)序列成像评价脑梗死的进展情况的价值。方法:统计经临床证实的65例脑梗死患者的T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR检查资料。结果:诊断为进展期者36例,稳定期者10例,恢复期者19例。结论:FLAIR序列对评价脑梗死进展及指导临床治疗上很有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the appraising value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR) in the progression of cerebral infarction. Method 65 patients with cerebral infarctions which were confirmed by clinical data, whose T1WI, T2WI and FLAIR were analyzed. Results 36 cases were in progression, 10 cases were in stable pahse, 19 cases were in convalescent period. Conclusion It is significant for FLAIR to appraise the progression of cerebral infarction and guide clinical therapy.更多还原
