【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎病人的躯体症状与相关因素的关系。方法:对150例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行症状自评、肝功能检测及艾森克测试。结果:TBIL明显升高者比正常或轻度升高者躯体症状重,TBIL轻度升高者与正常者之间躯体症状差异无显著性、而不稳定内向型性格的患者与其他型患者之间有显著性差异。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者的躯体症状与肝炎活动有一定的相关性,但与患者的气质类型显著相关,即不稳定内向型者躯体症状重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study relationship among the body symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B and its correlation factors. Method the body symptoms , the liver function and EPQ were measured in 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B. Results there were critical systems in most patients with TBIL elevated obviously than the others, there were not significant differences in the patients with the little elevated TBIL and the normal .But there were significant differences in the body symptoms of the patients of the type of instability and introversion and the others. Conclusion there is a relationship between the body symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B and the liver function and there is close relationship between the body symptoms and the type of qualities.更多还原
