【摘要】 目的:探讨食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的原因及治疗。方法:通过分析51例术后吻合口狭窄病人情况,包括症状、术后钡餐透视检查、胃纤镜检查、胸部CT检查等资料结合手术情况分析引起吻合口狭窄原因,对发生吻合病例予行包括使用沙氏管食管扩张术、支架植入及外科手术治疗等方法治疗。结果:51例病人的吻合口狭窄情况有不同程度的减轻。结论:食管贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄与多种因素有关。积极治疗可取得满意效果,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the causes of anastomotic stricture after esophageal and cardial resection and its treatment. Method The information of 51 cases with postoperative stricture were analysed, which includes symptoms, barium meal examination gastrofiberscopy and the condiction of surgery,to explore the reason of postsurgery anastamotic stricture .and adapt measure combining dialation, intubation and surgery. Results the degree of esophageal stricture of 51 cases alleviated individually. Conclusion there are mutiple factors involving anastomotic stricture , the treatments combining various way are effective.更多还原
