【摘要】 对武陵山区不同地域采集的虎杖植株进行白藜芦醇含量比较测定,结果表明:白藜芦醇含量有较大的差异,以常德2号地区的虎杖白藜芦醇含量最高,为0．337％。通过对30个不同地区、不同地理位置的虎杖生长环境调查,发现虎杖最佳生长条件为:坡向南坡,坡位上坡,土壤种类黄棕壤,土壤质地粘土,土壤母质板页岩,郁蔽度有零星光照。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of Resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum growing at different districts of Wuling Mountainous areas were determined and compared. The results showed that there was obvious difference between the contents of Resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum from the different districts, and the content of Resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum from Changde NO. 2 was the highest, which was 0. 337%. The investigation from 30 different districts and geographic localities suggested that the best growth conditions of Polygonum cuspidatum were south slope, uphill, yellow-brown earth, clay, shale and scattered illumination.更多还原
