【摘要】 研究了粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)和Elvaloy对软质PVC性能的影响,比较了两者填充软质PVC材料的低温柔性和压缩永久变形。结果表明:随弹性体用量增大,软质PVC材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度下降,断裂伸长率、加热损失率及压缩永久变形3种性能得到改善。PNBR填充软质PVC材料具有较好的压变性能,但低温柔性相对较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influences of PNBR and Elvaloy on the properties of soft PVC were studied.The low temperature flexibility and compression set of PNBR/PVC were compared with Elvaloy/PVC.The test results showed that with the increase of elastomer dosage,the elongation at break,the heat losing ratio and the compression set were improved,but the tensile strength and tear strength were decreased.PNBR/PVC had better compression set,but relatively poor low temperature flexibility.更多还原
