PVC热稳定剂的发展趋势与锌基无毒热稳定剂技术进展

【摘要】 阐述了PVC热稳定剂的发展趋势与锌基无毒热稳定剂技术进展,目前实际使用的热稳定剂按主效稳定剂的不同可分为铅基、镉基、有机锡基、锑基、锌基和有机化合物基热稳定剂6类,根据现有热稳定剂体系的性能特点和目前的有关环保法规和标准,锌基和有机化合物基无毒热稳定剂是主要的发展方向,但锌基无毒热稳定剂具有更现实的推广应用价值和更大的市场空间。

【Abstract】 The development trend of heat stabilizers for PVC and the technological progress of zinc-based nontoxic heat stabilizer were discussed.According to the primary stabilizer,the heat stabilizers which were actually used currently could be divided into six kinds,i.e.lead-based,chromium-based,organotin-based,antimony-based,zinc-based and organic compound-based heat stabilizers.According to the performances and characteristics of the available stabilizers and the current regulations and standards related to environmental protection,zinc-based and organic compound-based nontoxic heat stabilizer were the major development trend,but the zinc-based nontoxic heat stabilizer had more realistic spread value and broader marketing space.
