添加新型复合稳定剂的PVC材料的性能研究
Studies on the properties of PVC materials with a new type of composite stabilizers
【摘要】 研究了添加新型复合稳定剂XWP-1的PVC材料的性能,确定了PVC材料基本配方,并利用不同弹性体对PVC材料进行了增韧改性。结果表明,新型复合稳定剂XWP-1提高了PVC的热稳定性,改善了其加工性能。弹性体Elvaloy741对PVC材料具有较好的增韧效果,但使PVC材料的热变形温度下降幅度较大。
【Abstract】 The properties of PVC materials added a new type of composite stabilizers XWP-1 were studied.The basic compositions of the materials were determined.Different elastomers were used to toughening modify the materials.The results showed that the novel composite stabilizers increased the heat stability of PVC and improved its processability.Elastomer Elvaloy741 showed better toughening effect on PVC materials but decreased their heat distortion temperature by a bigger margin.
