13万t/a聚氯乙烯生产中高低沸塔的计算机模拟计算与工业应用
Computer simulation calculation and industrial application of high and low boiling towers for 130 kt/a polyvinyl chloride production
【摘要】 通过高低沸塔计算机模拟计算结果与实际运行开车过程的结果比较,得出低沸塔中低沸物质量分数为(0~2)×10-6,塔底氯乙烯单体质量分数在99%以上;高沸塔中低沸物杂质质量分数为(1~3)×10-6,高沸物杂质质量分数为(1~5)×10-6,总杂质质量分数(2~8)×10-6,塔顶氯乙烯单体质量分数达99.999%。结果表明,模拟计算过程具有可行性,结果可靠。据此设计后,可节省资金253万元/a。
【Abstract】 The computer simulation calculations of the high and low boiling towers are compared with the results from the practicl operation.It is found out that in the low boiling tower,the mass fraction of low boiling compounds is(02)×10-6,the mass fraction of VCM in bottom is over 99%,and that in the high boiling tower,the mass fraction of low boiling impurities,high boiling impurities,total impurities and VCM in top was(13)×10-6,(15)×10-6,(28)×10-6 and 99.999% respectively.The results prove that the simulation calculation is feasible and reliable.This design will save funds of $RMB 2.53 million per year.
