化学镀高磷Ni-P镀层的摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 制备了一种高磷化学镀镍层并研究其表面形貌;讨论了其在不同温度热处理后的摩擦磨损性能,且与45钢进行了对比.结果表明,Ni-P镀层的耐磨性明显优于45钢,且经500℃热处理后硬度最高,耐磨性最好,可作为耐磨性镀层.在此基础上对化学镀Ni-P镀层的摩擦磨损机理进行了初步探讨,认为200℃热处理后主要表现为粘着磨损,500℃热处理后表现为磨料磨损和粘着磨损共存.

【Abstract】 The research on the frictional and wear properties of high P electroless Ni P coatings is presented.Firstly,the morphology of Ni P coated surface are investigated by using scanning microscope.Then,the frictional coefficients and wear rates of Ni P coated 45 steel which experiences different heat treatment temperatures are measured and compared with those of 45 steel without surface coating.The results strongly indicate that the wear resistance of Ni P coated 45 steel is much better than that of 45 steel without surface coating.The results also show that the highest hardness and the best wear resistance of Ni P coated 45 steel are obtained when it is heat treated at 500℃.Finally,the present research makes a preliminary exploration of the possible wear mechanisms of Ni P coated steel samples.It is found that adhesive wear is the dominant wear mechanism of Ni P coating heat treated at 200℃ while both abrasive wear and adhesive wear coexist for Ni P coating heat treated at 500℃.
