Globus并行任务在拥有Local IP集群间的运行

【摘要】 目前Globus并行任务不能在拥有局域网IP地址的集群间运行,但通过简单修改Globus和MPICH-G2的源代码并编写一个TCP/IP代理程序,是解决这一问题的有效途径.将这种方法的实现做了具体描述,并且成功地实践了并行任务在上述集群间的运行.

【Abstract】 We cannot run parallel jobs on PC clusters with local IP addresses as yet.In this paper we describe an effective method to solve the problem by simply modifying the Globus and MPICH G2 source code and creating a TCP/IP proxy program.The implementation of the method is detailed and with the method parallel jobs run successfully on PC clusters.
