基于Matlab与C++Builder偏最小二乘分析的编程实现
Partial Least Square and Its Realization by Using the Interface of Matlab and C++ Builder
【摘要】 针对工程测量和科研活动,根据回归性分析中较为先进的偏最小二乘法原理,以Matlab为平台,设计了实用的C++Builder回归性分析程序.利用该程序,得到大米近红外光谱和其对应蛋白质含量的模型,模型预测结果和观测值的相关系数为0.993 2,模型的显著性检验F值为1.009 3.
【Abstract】 Regression Analysis is a routine means of research and design.In this paper,the design of a regression program based on the principle of Partial Least Square and by using the interface of Matlab and C++ Builder is presented discussed.A module,which links rice infrared spectra and its protein,has been set up by this model.The correlation coefficient between the model’s predicate results and real detected data is 0.993 2;the model’s F value of F-Statistic is 1.009 3.
