【摘要】 在进行胚胎干细胞、精原干细胞等特殊细胞的研究时,往往需要将这些细胞接种到成纤维细胞的饲养层上,但需要量不大。因此不便于大规模的制备。本实验通过将组织块培养法和酶消化培养法结合起来制备小鼠胎儿成纤维细胞饲养层,在一定程度上解决了这一问题。利用该方法制备成纤维细胞饲养层,既简化了实验操作,又节省了实验费用。将精原干细胞接种到该饲养层后,其可在体外进行生长和增殖。更多还原

In this experi-ment the method of enzymatic digestion and the method of tissue block were combined to prepare the feeder layer of MEFthat on a certain degree Solved this problem。Using this method to prepare the feeder layer of MEF not only can simplifythe experiment operation but also reduce the experiment expenses.
