薇菜播孢基质芽前除草剂筛选及对孢子安全性试验研究

【摘要】 选用禾耐斯、金都尔、氟乐灵、丁草胺4种芽前除草剂,对薇菜播孢基质进行除草并对其孢子的安全性进行试验。结果表明:禾耐斯、氟乐灵对单子叶和双子叶杂草的综合防效可达90%以上,对孢子的萌发虽有一定影响,但不影响生产需要量。金都尔、丁草胺的除草效果低于前2种除草剂,对薇菜孢子萌发影响较大。综合评价结果为禾耐斯是薇菜孢子繁殖基质的首选芽前除草剂,氟乐灵次之。

【Abstract】 Four kinds of preemergence herbicide,Harness,Dual Gold,Trifluralin and Butachlor,were used to do a weed control test for spore stroma of Osmunda japonica Thunb and their security test for its spore.The results indicated that Harness and trifluralin had a significant effect on weed control,and their control effect on monocotyledon weed and dicotyledon weed reached above 90%.Harness and Trifluralin had an effect on sprouting of the spore.Weed control effect of Dual Gold and Butachlor was lower than that of the former two.They affected seriously the bourgeon of the spore of Osmunda japonica Thunb.The synthetic result of this study indicated that Harness was the primary preemergence herbicide for the spore stroma of Osmunda japonica Thunb propagation,and trifluralin was secondary.
