稀土元素铕对掌叶大黄Ri质粒转化根生长及蒽醌类成分的影响

【摘要】 试验研究了不同质量浓度的稀土元素铕(Eu3+)对掌叶大黄单克隆毛状根DH5c、DH7a和非转化根Nor生物量、蒽醌化合物合成的影响。结果表明:Eu3+浓度对不同类型大黄根的生物量积累作用效果不同。Eu3+对非转化根Nor和转化根DH7a的生物量积累有抑制作用,低浓度的Eu3+对转化根DH5c生物量积累有促进作用。Eu3+浓度对不同类型大黄根的蒽醌产量有不同影响。单克隆毛状根DH7a在Eu3+为0.1 mg/L和0.05 mg/L时蒽醌产量最高。经Eu3+处理的3种类型大黄根中芦荟大黄素和大黄酸高于大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚。

【Abstract】 The effect of rare-earth elements Eu3+ on biomass and anthraquinone production of two hairy clones DH5c,DH7a and normal root Nor cultures of Rheum palmatum was evaluated after various concentration of Eu3+ was administrated into culture medium.The results showed that the concentration of Eu3+ had different effects on biomass accumulation of roots. Eu3+ had inhibitive effect on biomass of Nor and DH7a,and low concentration of Eu3+ had promotive effect on biomass of DH5c.Concentration of Eu3+ had different effects on anthraquinone production of roots. Combination of DH7a and 0.1 mg/L,0.05 mg/L concentration of Eu3+ presented the highest anthraquinone yield.Aloe-emodin and rhein were predominant in five anthraquinones after being treated with rare-earth element Eu3+.
