变正压力式压电双晶片惯性直线驱动器
Inertial linear actuator driven by piezoelectric bimorph with changeable pressure
【摘要】 提出了以压电双晶片作为动力元件、通过控制移动机构和支撑面之间的正压力、利用摩擦力变化实现定向运动的新型惯性直线驱动器。分析了驱动器的工作原理,利用有限元分析软件对压电双晶片振子进行了模态分析,得到其动态特性。研制了惯性直线驱动器的样机并进行了性能测试,试验结果表明:该机构能够实现直线往复运动,频率为10 Hz时,最小稳定运动步长为0.7μm,最大移动速度为1.2 mm/s,最大承载能力为150 g。
【Abstract】 A new type of inertial actuator driven by the piezoelectric bimorph was proposed.The actuator was able to realize the directional linear movement due to the orderly changing the friction controlled by the pressure between the movement mechanism and the support surface.The working principle of the actuator was analyzed and the dynamic characteristic of the piezoelectric bimorph was studied by the FEM modal analysis.The prototype of the actuator was developed and its performance was tested.The results showed that the actuator is able to realize the reciprocating linear movement and work with the minimum stable step of 0.7 μm,the maximum moving velocity of 1.2 mm/s,and the maximum loading capacity of 150 g at frequency of 10 Hz.
