混合动力汽车换挡主动控制技术
Active control during shifting in hybrid electric vehicle
【摘要】 提出了混合动力汽车的主动控制理论,采用主动控制技术,就并联双轴混合动力汽车机械自动换挡控制中存在的换挡时间过长问题提出了解决方案,并进行了仿真和试验研究,仿真结果和最终的试验结果表明,换挡过程中同步时间可缩短约1.2 s,0~60 km/h的加速时间可缩短约7 s。
【Abstract】 The active control technique for the parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) with double shafts was suggested to resolve the problem that its shifting time is too long for the automatic mechanical shifting control.Simulation and tests were performed and results showed that for the PHEV,the application of the active control assisted by a motor can shorten its synchronizing time 1.2 s during shifting and reduce the acceleration time from 0 to 60 km/h up to 7 s.
