【Abstract】 As a kind of effective spy, which is always applied to important furtive criminal case, trapping scout has broken the restriction on traditional way. It not only meets the requirements for present crime, but also brings inestimable benefit and value. However, because the legislative blank in this field of our country, the innate drawback of trapping scout appear again and again.
