【Abstract】 For detecting the process of reaction between Bromelain and Fibrinogen, quantum dots synthesized in aqueous solution were used to label bromelain in order to form CdTe-Bromelain.CdTe-Bromelain were used to detect the reaction process between CdTe-Bromelain and Fibrinogen as fluorescent probes.The results show that fluorescence spectrum is gradual blueshift and the fluorescence intensity declines gradually with the increase of time.更多还原
