一种高时间分辨率动态光散射的测量方法
A Measuring Method of Dynamic Light Scattering with a High Time Resolution Rate
【摘要】 通过对光子相关光谱技术的分析,提出一种高时间分辨率的动态光散射测量方法,使用光电倍增管、虚拟示波器模块和计算机等构建了实验装置,并用模拟探测方式对纳米颗粒系进行测量,结果表明,该实验装置具有12.5 ns的时间分辨率.
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis about photon correlation spectroscopy,a high time resolution experimental method for the measurement of dynamic light scattering is proposed.The dynamic light scattering experimental system is composed of a photomultiplier tube,a virtual digital store oscilloscope module and a personal computer.This experimental system is designed to work mainly on analog detection,in which the photomultiplier output is used directly as an analog signal.The test results of nanoparticles demonstrate that the time resolution of this experimental system is 12.5 ns.
