【摘要】 目的研究精神分裂症患者换药治疗前后血常规的变化。方法对29例住院精神分裂症患者原服氯丙嗪、氯氮平、奋乃静足程治疗后换用维思通治疗,分别在换药前及换药完成后2月做血常规检查,并进行比较。结果换药治疗后红细胞平均容积(MCV)显著增大(P<0.05),淋巴细胞(LTM)数目显著增多(P<0.05),而中间细胞(MID)数目较前显著降低(P<0.001),其它各项变化无显著性。结论精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪、氯氮平、奋乃静换用维思通治疗后红细胞平均容积显著增大,白细胞的分化发生改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of blood routines before and after changing Antipsychotics in patients with Schizophrenia. Methods A total of 29 patients who had been treated with Chlorpromazine, Clozapine and Perphenazine turned to receive Risperidone. Their blood routines were examined before and after two monthes of replacing chorpromazine, clozapine and perphenazine with risperidone. Results MCV and LTM significantly increased(P<0.05) after treating with Risperidone, while MID significantly decreased(P<0.001), There were no significant differences in the other items. Conclusion MCV increases and differentiation of white blood cell changes after replacing Chlorpromazine, Clozapine and Perphenazine with Risperidone in patients with Schizophrenic.更多还原
