【摘要】 目的了解首发精神分裂症住院患者亲属的健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为评定工具对100例首发精神分裂症患者亲属进行测评,同时选取100例正常人作为对照组,进行对照研究。结果研究组各因子得分高于对照组各因子得分,两组各因子比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论首发精神分裂症住院患者的亲属常处于高度紧张状态,其躯体化、焦虑、抑郁及人际关系敏感等不良心理状况明显,对其进行心理疏导,帮助其消除各种顾虑,提高其心理素质是十分必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health state of the 100 rela ti ves of inpatients with first-onset schizophreria. Methods All th e 100 relatives of inpatients with first-onset schizophreria were evaluate with SCL-90. At the same time,100 healthy people were selected for the comparative r esearch. Results The stud y group got higher scores than the control group, there were some significant di fferences between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The relatives of the inpatients with non-relapse schizophreria are always in a highly nervious situation, they have obvious unhealthy mental conditions with body, anxiety, depression an d relationship sensitivity.
