磷钨酸改性SiO2催化合成ETBE
Synthesis of ETBE over silica modified with HPWA
【摘要】 以磷钨酸改性SiO2为催化剂,乙醇和叔丁醇为原料合成了乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)。与未改性SiO2和国产强酸性阳离子树脂D005相比,磷钨酸改性SiO2的催化作用及磷钨酸对SiO2的改性作用显著。分别考察了反应温度、原料配比、反应时间、催化剂加入量等因素对醚化反应的影响。结果表明最佳操作条件为:反应时间为3.5 h、反应温度为120℃、原料质量为10 g时催化剂用量为0.7 g、n(乙醇)∶n(叔丁醇)=2∶1。最佳操作条件下的ETBE产率为53.74%,转化率为56.57%,选择性为95%。
【Abstract】 The etherification reaction performance with Silica-HPWA is investigated in this paper when the material are alcohol and tert-butyl alcohol. Solid acid catalyst Silica-HPWA is the better catalyst than domestic D005-type strong acid cation exchange resins for synthesis of ETBE.The influences of reaction temperature, mole ratio of alcohol to tert-butyl alcohol, reaction time and quantities of catalyst were emphatically studied. The optimum condition are as follows,reaction temperature is 120 ℃ ,mole ratio of achol/tert-butyl alcohol is 2 to 1,quantities of catalyst is 0. 7g when the raw material is 10g,reaction time is 3. 5h. The percent conversion,selectivity and yield of ETBE are 56. 57% ,95% and 53. 74% on the optimum condition respectively.
