乳状液膜法去除水溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)
Removing of Cr(Ⅵ) from solution containing Cr(Ⅵ) by liquid membrane emulsion
【摘要】 选用复合表面活性剂(Span80+油酸)-煤油-NaOH液膜体系对含铬水溶液的处理进行了研究,讨论了不同操作条件对铬去除率的影响。通过正交试验确定了影响铬去除率因素的主次顺序以及提取铬的最佳实验条件。实验结果表明:含铬水溶液经处理后,铬的去除率可达95%,使水溶液中铬的浓度大大降低。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the removing of Chromium from solution containing Cr(Ⅵ) is studied by liquid membrane which is composed of a flowing carrier(TBP),surfactant(Span80 and oleic acid),membrane solvent (kerosene) and the interal aqueous phase(NaOH). The different factors affecting the percentage of removing Cr(Ⅵ)are investigated with orthogonal test,and the optimum condition of the experiment is studiedo The results show thatthe percentage of removing Cr(Ⅵ) is about 95% after disposal,and the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) is reduced.
