残炭试验器温度控制系统
Temperature control system of carbon residue analytic instrument
【摘要】 介绍了专家PID控制方案,设计了专家PID控制器。将此控制方案应用到具有大惯性、纯滞后的温度系统,仿真结果表明,此方案鲁棒性、快速性及动态性能良好,能够较好地满足残炭分析工艺中温度控制的要求。
【Abstract】 The intelligent PID control method has been used in this paper,and the intelligent PID controller has been designed.The results of simulation indicate that the method has strong robustness and rapidity and dynamic performance by applying it to the system with large inertia and time delay.So this control method can satisfy the temperature demand of the chemical production field.
