镁合金表面激光熔覆Cu-Zr-Al非晶复合涂层

【摘要】 采用激光熔覆技术在镁合金表面制备了Cu-Zr-Al非晶复合涂层。研究结果表明,非晶复合涂层主要是由非晶及Cu10Zr7和Cu8Zr3相构成,其中非晶相的摩尔分数约为60%。涂层结合区与基体之间的结合形态为非平直晶面型;热影响区由细小的α-Mg+-βMg17Al12过饱和固溶体构成;由于高的铝含量增加了热影响区应力腐蚀敏感性,致使在金相腐蚀时其内部局部区域及与熔覆层结合处产生裂纹。在非晶相和金属间化合物复合作用下,复合涂层具有高的硬度、弹性模量、耐磨性和耐蚀性。

【Abstract】 Cu-Zr-Al amorphous composite coating is prepared by laser cladding on the magnesium alloy surface.The results show that the coating consists of amorphous,Cu8Zr3,and Cu10Zr7 phases,of which the content of the amorphous phase is about 60%.The metallurgy bonding type between bonding and heat affected zones is zigzag interface combination.The heat-affected zone(HAZ) is composed of α-Mg+β-Mg17Al12 supersaturated solid solution.The crack is formed during metallographic etching at the local area of the heat affected zone,as well as the interface between bonding and heat affected zones,due to increase of stress corrosion sensibility induced by high content of Al element.The hardness,Young′s modulus,wear resistance,and corrosion resistance of the coating are higher due to the recombination action of amorphous and inter-metallic compounds.
