【摘要】 目的探讨毒鼠强中毒患者入院时血清心肌酶的变化及其临床意义。方法采用速率法测定58例患者入院时血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)浓度。采用气相色谱法测定入院时血中毒鼠强含量。统计入院前患者癫痫发作次数。对血中毒鼠强浓度及癫痫发作次数与血清心肌酶浓度作相关分析。结果入院前癫痫发作次数与血清肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶浓度呈正相关;入院时血中毒鼠强浓度同肌酸激酶浓度呈正相关,同CKMB浓度、CKMB/CK比值无相关性。结论入院时血清肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶浓度增高主要由骨骼肌损伤引起;入院时血清肌酸激酶浓度水平可作为反映病情和评估预后的一项参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To exploere the changes and clinical meaning of serum cardiac enzymes in patients hospitalized with tetermine poisoning. Methods Concentration of serum creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzymes (CK-MB),serum lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and α-hydrobuty dehydrogenase (HBDH) of 58 patients were measured.Gas chromatography was used to determine the blood content of tetermine on admission. The number of epileptic attack pre-hospital was recorded. The interrelation between concentration of tetermine in blood,the number of epileptic attack and serum cardiac enzymes. Results The number of epileptic attack was in direct proportion to concentration of serum creatine kinase and dehydrogenase prehospital.Concentration of tetermine in blood was in direct proportion to that of creatine kinase in hospital and was not related to concentration of CK-MB and specific value of CK-MB/CK.Conclusion Elevation of concentration of CK,LDH is mainly caused by skeletal injury;the concentration of CK could be used as a reference index that reflected patient’s condition and evaluate prognosis.更多还原
