【摘要】 目的：比较“纳支法”择时针刺治疗背肌筋膜炎与临床常规治疗的疗效。方法：选取符合条件的患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组依据“纳支法”选择中时或未时针刺；对照组按常规在上午实施针灸治疗,方法均为针+罐+TDP的常规疗法；10d为1疗程,治疗1疗程后,观察其临床疗效。结果：治疗组显愈率和有效率为63．33%,96．67%,对照组显愈率和有效率为56．67%,93．33%,两组显愈率与有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0．05)。结论：“纳支法”择时针灸治疗背肌筋膜炎与临床常规治疗法相比无明显优势,具有一定的机械局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Compared the effect of treating Back Myofaseial Pain Syndrome patients (MPS) with the“Na Zhi methods”select times acupuncture,and common practice.METHOD:60 cases of back MPS that were fit for the standard were selected as sample.These cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (30 cases) which received treatment on shen times or wei times of afternoon,the control group (30 cases) which received treatment on morning ,the methods all are treatment of acupuncture+fire pot+TDP therapeutics.A course of treatment is 10 days (including who recover within 10 or not-enough 10 days) for two groups.After one course of treatment observe the clinical effect and compare the difference of treatment effect between the two groups.RESULTS:The recovery-excellence rates and the valid rates of treatment group were 63.33%,96.67%,and control group were 56.67%,93.33%.The recovery-excellence rates and the valid rates between two groups are’t extremely significant deviation (p＞0.05 ).CONCLUSION:Compared with common practice the“Na Zhi methods”select times acupuncture treat Back Myofascial Pain Syndrome has not obvious advan- tage.it has some mechanical limitations.更多还原
