【Abstract】 Design-Build is the mainstream model of the general contracting which is the fastest development in the Construction,and it’s also the fundamental or core of the others’ models.This paper analyses the main body of the D-B market,and discusses the merits and demerits in schedule,cost and quality compare with others’ models.Lastly,analyses the construction surety how to respond D-B,including performance and payment bond,the difference with the traditional D-BB in underwriting and cost.更多还原
