【Abstract】 We adopt scientific development concept to guide urban land consolidation,dealing with the relationship between urban development and land use aggregates and structural balance and ecological environment protection,considering harmonious development of man and the nature.For this reason,we need to establish and improve the market access mechanism for urban land consolidation,perfect the market discipline,separate government administration from enterprise management,and follow the market economic principle of transparency,fairness,order,and competition,so as to realize social economic harmonious development in the urban land consolidation areas.更多还原
