【Abstract】 The current issues in the development and utilization for the beach reclamation lands were firstly introduced in this paper,and according to these issues it points out the necessity to establish the coastal land development and utilization optimal decision system.This paper illustrates the basic demands and the complexity to set up such a system.It establishes the land development and utilization optimal decision system referring to correlative data and gives a brief introduction to each part of the system.更多还原
