天然气-煤集成共转化制备合成气新工艺
New Co-conversion Technology of Synthesis Gas by Coal and Natural Gas
【摘要】 介绍了国内外目前主要的合成气制备工艺,即以天然气和煤各自为原料的生产工艺及关键技术,以及天然气-煤共转化制备合成气的研究状况,并通过在固定床反应器上的实验研究发现:煤焦在天然气-煤集成制备合成气过程中具有抑制甲烷析碳的作用,从而指出天然气-煤共转化制备合成气工艺是适合中国能源现状,解决环境污染、有效利用能源的新工艺。
【Abstract】 The paper presents the preparation process of synthesis gas in the world including: the production and the key technology based on the natural gas and coal separately and the research status of co-conversion technics from natural gas and coal.The co-conversion experiment of coal and natural gas was investigated on a fixed-bed reactor,we found that coke has inhibiting effect to CH4 decomposition.It means that the co-pyrolysis technics of natural gas and coal prepared for synthesis gas is a new preparation process of high utilization efficiency and sustainable development.
