【Abstract】 Bilateral market platform firms are fundamentally different from the traditional single lateral market firms.Therefore the regulation theory,based on the single market,can not explain the behaviors of platform firms,nor the monopoly and competition problems among the bilateral market platform firms.This paper argues that a new regulation theory,based on bilateral market,is needed for effective government regulation.更多还原
