【Abstract】 The experience of Western developed nations expressed that MBO, the important way and method of the development of enterprises, has pushed the enterprises forward greatly. MBO has the different economical effect on the microcosmic and the macroscopic level, which caused the big difference between the positive and the negative influence on the economy.
