【Abstract】 The reason for producing spillover effects is that there is technical disparity between transnational corporations and the local companies in our country.Technical disparity results in the potential energy of spillover.This paper has not only provided the spillover visualized model,but also has analyzed the limited factors of spillover,such as technical disparity,competition degree and the absorbency of local companies.At last,some corresponding countermeasures are proposed.更多还原
