【Abstract】 It’s an important measure to strengthen the land management that the right of using the state-owned land implements the lowest price system.On the basis of discussion on the principle,method and technical route of the land sell lowest price calculation,this paper firstly carries on urban land classification.Then,it uses the method of datum land price residues,the modification method of land price and the method of cost approache to calculate various cities’ lowest land price.Finally,through comparison,it synthetically establishes the entire provincial lowest land price system which comprises the lowest land price of cities at all levels.更多还原
