【Abstract】 In the new teaching environment,the key task of the school’s human resource management is to construct a leaning-typed organization of teachers with scientific view of development.This paper intends to explore the harmonious and sustainable development of the teaching and research organization.It raises and analyzes the basic strategies of constructing leaning-typed teachers’ organization from the following five aspects: systematic assurance,democratic mutual aid and cooperation,effective encouragement,professional guidance,and constructive atmosphere.更多还原
