【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing objectives and characteristics of middle and primary school headmaster training,the writer builds the training modal of "guiding,learning,exchanging,observing and researching" combined with self-practice.This article discusses the training modal from four aspects: meaning,construction foundation,executing process and abiding rules.Practice has proved that the training model can improve the efficiency of middle and primary school headmaster training.更多还原
