【Abstract】 This paper puts forward some proposals on the rural public goods’ supply which follows the reform of rural taxes and administrative charges: it’s about getting rid of and settling the rural debt to advance the reform of rural basic units’ regime and form a complete set of rural and urban system;constructing and improving the payment’s transform system between governments to make public financial progressively spread rural areas;building up the democratic decision-making system of rural communities’ public goods.更多还原
