【摘要】 目的:评价干燥综合征中腮腺CT检查的价值。方法:对21例干燥综合征患者和22例对照者行CT扫描。受检者年龄为35~68岁。在环齿关节水平对腮腺的密度和大小进行测量分析。结果:干燥综合征患者腮腺CT的典型表现为腮腺实质内多发结节状密度增高。患者环齿关节水平腮腺内CT值高于15HU面积/同层腮腺总面积比值,与对照组相比统计学有显著性差异。结论:对干燥综合征的诊断及鉴别诊断中,腮腺CT扫描是一种有价值的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estimate the value of CT examination on parotid gland in sjogren’s syndrome.Methods: Twenty-one patients with sjogren’s syndrome and 22 controlled cases were detected by CT.All cases were 35~68 years of ages.In the level of atlantoodontoid joint,the density and size of the parotid were studied and measured.Results: The typical CT finding of the parotid in sjogren’s syndrome was multiple higher density nodulous in the parenchyma.In the level of the parotid of atlantoodontoid joint,the area of the density which higher than 15HU / total parotid area were significant different statistically compared with the controlled group.Conclusion: The parotid CT examination was very useful in sjogren’s syndrome diagnosis and discriminate diagnosis.更多还原
