公务员招聘决策算法的研究与实现
Research and implement of the decision-making algorithm in the recruitment of government officials
【摘要】 对公务员招聘所要求的考核标准,利用层次分析法建立了一个公务员招聘的数学模型,选出所要求最优人选数目;并分配到最能发挥它长处的地方,较圆满地解决了公务员招聘问题.
【Abstract】 Based on the actual recruitment procedures of government officials,a mathematical model about the recruitment of government officials is established by using AHP and 0~1 integral programming.According this mathematical model,the levels of applicants’ abilities and the optimum numbers can be figured out and then the suitable position can be assigned to them.So the issue of recruitment of government officials can be successfully settled.
