【Abstract】 Based on the actual recruitment procedures of government officials,a mathematical model about the recruitment of government officials is established by using AHP and 0～1 integral programming.According this mathematical model,the levels of applicants’ abilities and the optimum numbers can be figured out and then the suitable position can be assigned to them.So the issue of recruitment of government officials can be successfully settled.更多还原
