一种用于车床主传动系统空载功率测量装置的设计
Design of a surveying instrument to measure the no-load power in lathe main transmission system
【摘要】 本文根据实验教学的经验,设计了车床主传动系统空载功率测量装置,用于测量主传动电机输出功率N主,主电机自身损耗功率N损,根据机床的平衡方程式,计算出车床主传动系统的空载功率N空.由于使用时方便、快捷和测量精度高等特点,目前广泛用于高等学校机械制造及自动化专业课的实验教学中,收到良好的效果.
【Abstract】 Based on the experiences in experimental teaching,a surveying instrument is developed to measure the no-load power in lathe main transmission system.The equipment is used to measure rated output power of main transmission machinery,and the power loss consumed by main electric machinery itself.According to the lathe equilibrium formula,the no-load power in the lathe main transmission system is calculated.For its convenience,shortcut and high precision,it is widely used in experimental teaching of machinery manufacture major as well as automation major courses in colleges and universities.
