γ药铜200(25)宫内节育器系统评估

【摘要】 目的:评价γ药铜200(25)宫内节育器(IUD)的有效性、副反应和可接受性。方法:电子及手工检索收集1985年1月~2006年5月国内外发表的相关文献,依照循证医学的方法对纳入的文献进行评价和分析。结果:共检索到34篇相关文献,6篇纳入本次评估。分析结果显示,置器后5年内,γ药铜200(25)IUD有效性优于TCu220CIUD,可接受性高于TCu220CIUD;置器后3年内,γ药铜200(25)IUD有效性优于MLCu375IUD,与宫铜300IUD、TCu380AIUD相似;可接受性高于MLCu375IUD和宫铜300IUD,与TCu380AIUD接近。γ药铜200(25)IUD副反应发生率,尤其是出血方面发生率,低于其他对照IUD,如TCu220CIUD、宫铜300IUD等。结论:γ药铜200(25)IUD是一种有效性、可接受性较好的IUD。

【Abstract】 Objective: To systemically evaluate the effectiveness, side effects, and acceptability of medicated γCu200 intrauterine device (IUD). Method: Electronic and hand searches were used to identify relevant literature published during January 1985 and May 2006, and the included papers were systemically reviewed according to evidence-based medicine. Result: A total of 34 related papers were identified, and 6 of them were included in the review. The results indicated that medicated γCu200 was more effective than TCu220C, and its cumulative five- year continuation rate was higher than that of TCu220C. During three years of use, medicated γCu200 was more effective than MLCu375, and as effective as uterine cavity-shaped Cu300 (UCCu300) and TCu380A. The continuation rate of medicated γCu200 was higher than that of MLCu375 and UCCu300, and similar to that of TCu380A during study period. Medicated γCu200 was associated with less side effects than the controlled IUDs, such as TCu220C, UCCu300, especially bleeding problems. Conclusion: Medicated γCu200 has high effectiveness, high acceptability and low side effects. More provider-training is needed, in view of rather difficulties of insertion and removal of medicated γCu200.
