【摘要】 目的:了解生殖道感染干预工程对计划生育服务人员相关知识认知的影响,为评价干预方案的实施效果提供基本依据。方法:统一发放调查问卷,调查了江西省兴国、莲花、宜丰和新干4个县、12个乡的计划生育工作人员,调查问卷按一定标准进行打分,对各县作综合评价,使用SPSS10.0软件分析结果,检验方法有x2检验、确切概率法(α=0.05)和逐步逻辑回归。结果:干预后计划生育工作人员对生殖道感染和艾滋病相关知识认知有所提高,对调查问题的回答正确率均达69.4%以上;计划生育人员对实施生殖道感染干预工程促进计划生育工作的可行性和实效性增强了信心。结论:生殖道感染干预工程有效地提高了基层计划生育工作人员对生殖道感染知识和态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the impact of reproductive tract infections (RTIs) intervening project on knowledge of family planning staff. Methods: The service providers from 4 counties and 12 villages were investigated by questionnaire. . The data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software and X2 test, exact probability test and stepwise regression were used. Results: The service ability and knowledge of family planning staff about RTIs and AIDs improved to some extent after intervening. More than 69.4% questions were responded correctly. Conclusion: RTIs intervening project is playing an important role in enhancing knowledge of RTIs among family planning staff.更多还原
